Organizational Administration.  34 years’ experience to effectively administrated an organization, build teams and seamlessly steer their efforts to achieve organizational goals. Can planned ahead to ensure smooth supply of man & material. Develop SOPs for effective working of each segment of organization to work independently with clear responsibilities. Have the capacity to remains compose under stress and takes immediate measures to relief such atmosphere in an organization. 
Human Resource Management (HRM). Experience in assisting overall activities of Human Resource Management, policies and procedures, recruitment and staffing, employment, development and training, compensation and benefits etc.
Financial Management. Experience in preparing annual budgets forecasting, allocation of funds to different Heads, monitoring of budgetary expenses, supplementary grants to ensure smooth functioning of core segments, reappraisal of finances requirement & its re-appropriation and audits at various levels.
